About the Position
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in Sales, Client Communication, Lead Generation, and Business Development. The selected candidate will work on a Commission-Based model with attractive earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients for the Company’s IT services (e.g. businesses, NGOs, schools, hospitals, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads through Networking, Referrals, Cold Outreach and Field Visits
  • Conduct client meetings and present the Company’s services
  • Prepare and submit proposals in coordination with the internal team
  • Follow up with prospects and support deal closure
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Submit Weekly Activity Reports and maintain Proper Sales Records
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client-Handling skills
  • Ability to Generate Leads and Close Deals independently
  • Basic knowledge of IT services will be an advantage
  • Must be Self-Motivated, Professional, and Target-Oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Priority will be given to those who have Existing Business Network
