Business Development Associates
Commission-Based | IT Managed Services
About the Position
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in Sales, Client Communication, Lead Generation, and Business Development. The selected candidate will work on a Commission-Based model with attractive earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for the Company’s IT services (e.g. businesses, NGOs, schools, hospitals, etc.)
- Generate qualified leads through Networking, Referrals, Cold Outreach and Field Visits
- Conduct client meetings and present the Company’s services
- Prepare and submit proposals in coordination with the internal team
- Follow up with prospects and support deal closure
- Negotiate and close deals
- Submit Weekly Activity Reports and maintain Proper Sales Records
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client-Handling skills
- Ability to Generate Leads and Close Deals independently
- Basic knowledge of IT services will be an advantage
- Must be Self-Motivated, Professional, and Target-Oriented
- Able to work independently
- Priority will be given to those who have Existing Business Network
